Our semi-private reformer classes are $22 per class (max 4 students) $220 with a 10 class punch pass. Drop in not allowed. You must reserve a class by calling 945-2717

Glenwood Dance Academy's Pilates Fitness Center recently introduced the latest in ballet inspired fitness classes, we call Barre Fit. It is a combination of dance conditioning, isometric exercise, toning and stretching.
This program will strengthen the whole core through small movements that create little pressure on joints. It is somewhat similar to our Pilates program, but for women it concentrates somewhat more on the hips and thighs. It is also a great way to increase flexibility. Whether you have been working out or not, if you can walk you can take a Barre Fit class.
Barre Fit classes are held on Monday at 8:30AM; Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 A.M; Tuesday at 5 P.M; Come try it out. $10 dollar per class with a punch pass or $12 drop in.
